All classes are currently being taught online due to COVID-19 restrictions.
The current timetable is still running as normal via zoom. Classes are all recorded and are available to do at a time that suits you, should you be unable to make the live class.
I teach general seasonal flow yoga, pregnancy and postnatal yoga, yo-chi (kids yoga) and Wise Ones classes.
I currently teach 3 general seasonal yoga classes per week:
Saturday morning at 9.30am
Monday morning at 9.30am
Tuesday evening at 7pm
I also teach pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes:
*Pregnancy yoga – Saturday morning at 11am
**Postnatal yoga for mum and baby – Tuesday morning at 10.30am.
I teach the Wise Ones on a Monday morning at 11am.
Yo-Chi (kids seasonal yoga) classes are taught live via zoom on Fridays at 9.30am and pre-recorded bite sized sessions are available each week as well.
I also run seasonal Petite Retreats (mini yoga retreats) 6 times a year, one per season (Winter, Spring, Early Summer, Summer, Late Summer and Autumn). These run for 2 hours and include gentle yoga asana (posture) practice, meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques) and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
Please make sure you have your own mat and something cosy (blanket/fleece/warm socks) for relaxation/ meditation at the end. You may wish to use a small cushion or a block to use as well. No mat is needed for the Wise Ones.
* For pregnancy class please also have a pillow handy (or 2) and a Pilates/ birthing ball.
** Postnatal class is suitable for babies until they are mobile, and mums who have had their 6 week check up (12 weeks for Caesarean section). Please discuss your specific situation with me first before signing up to the class.
